Elizabeth Humphrey works as a peer review teacher for the Center of Excellence for Educator Preparation and Innovation at Voorhees University. That’s just one of her many professional duties. She is also employed by the Orangeburg County School District as an Instructional Technology Coach at Howard Middle School. Humphrey was recently invited to the White House by First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden for a “Know Your Value Event”. While in the Nation’s Capital, she was recognized for her work mentoring students in Orangeburg. As a peer review teacher, she has shared her talents with the EPI Center for two years mentoring teachers. The EPI Center works closely with the OCSD to address the challenge of filling teacher vacancies.
Humphrey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry, a concentration in Chemistry, and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Claflin University.
