* Micro-credentials are competency-based, self-paced recognitions that allow educators an opportunity to demonstrate mastery of a particular skill. For every one (1) micro-credential that a Fellow completes, he or she will receive 12 renewal credits.  Earn six (6) micro-credentials total, two (2) in STEM, and receive a $4,000 stipend. IMPACT: Educators receive a micro-credential in Improvement Science while engaging in self-selected professional development (PD) to address challenges they face in their classroom.

* Micro-credentials are competency-based, self-paced recognitions that allow educators an opportunity to demonstrate mastery of a particular skill. For every one (1) micro-credential that a Fellow completes, he or she will receive 12 renewal credits. Each Pathway (RISE) 1 Fellow will receive a STEAM micro-credential. Earn six (6) micro-credentials total, two (2) in STEM, and receive a $4,000 stipend. Pathway 4: (IMPACT): Educators receive a micro-credential in Improvement Science while engaging in self-selected professional development (PD) to address challenges they face in their classroom.

** Our 11-month residency program allows teacher candidates to co-teach with proven accomplished teachers.  Stipends available for accomplished teachers.

*** IMPACT educators will receive a monthly stipend of $550.

*** Each Pathway 2 candidate will receive an annual living wage stipend of $35,000. IMPACT educators will receive a monthly stipend of $550.
