Pursue alternative teacher licensure through the Voorhees University partnership with Carolina CAP, an alternative South Carolina educator preparation provider,and earn job-embedded competency-based micro-credentials and endorsements through placements in South Carolina partner districts

Support Services

Accomplished educators serve as virtual coaches and mentors

Personalized tutoring and resources for standardized testing and content reviews

Financial support for testing and specified course work for eligible participants

Living Wage Stipends

In accordance with full-time commitment during the program + three-year post-program deployment as a teacher in SC

Zero Cost

Living stipends provided to eligible fellows

Additional incentives are available to those with backgrounds in STEM, have a desire to earn endorsements in STEAM, or work in critical subject areas and/or geographic locations
