EPI Center Explores New Collaborations with NEA and SCEA

The Center of Excellence for Educator Preparation and Innovation (EPI Center) was pleased to connect with representatives from the National Education Association (NEA) and the South Carolina Education Association (SCEA) to continue meaningful conversations around collaboration, partnership, and support for aspiring educators.

While the EPIC Apprenticeship Program served as a springboard for the conversation, our discussion extended beyond the program to explore additional ways we can strengthen our partnership and expand opportunities to support aspiring and current educators.

Together, we are committed to building stronger, more meaningful pathways into the teaching profession—pathways that empower future educators to enter, grow, and thrive as they pursue their calling to educate and inspire.

When organizations come together with a shared vision, we can create greater opportunities, strengthen the educator pipeline, and help shape the future of education.

We look forward to continued collaboration and the possibilities ahead!
